How TVAM Started?

The VA Masters was founded by Paul, who began his career as a virtual assistant himself.

Over time, clients stopped seeing Paul as “just an assistant.”
They treated him as a business partner, someone who understood how their business worked, took ownership of projects, and cared deeply about outcomes, not just tasks.

As client demand grew, Paul saw an opportunity to build something bigger.

He wanted to create more opportunities for skilled Filipino virtual assistants while maintaining the same level of excellence, ownership, and trust that clients valued in his own work.

What started as individual support evolved into a team, built on the same work ethic, standards, and mindset that defined Paul’s approach from the beginning.

As TVAM continued to grow, Paul began noticing a recurring issue across the industry.
