By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Services may be delivered remotely and may involve collaboration with independent contractors or team members assigned by The VA Masters. The specific scope of services may vary depending on the client’s service package or custom engagement.

Payment Terms

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including, but not limited to, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfers, or credit and debit card payments. By submitting payment, you authorize The VA Masters and its payment processors to charge your payment method according to the agreed service plan, project agreement, or subscription schedule. For recurring service packages, you authorize automatic recurring billing according to the billing frequency agreed upon at the time of purchase.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to The VA Masters are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services and offerings provided by The VA Masters, including but not limited to custom virtual assistant service packages, one-time projects, subscription services, consulting services, operational support services, and any other services offered by the company. Once payment has been processed, it is considered final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing services from The VA Masters, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

Prepaid Resource Allocation

The VA Masters operates on a service model that requires allocating and compensating virtual assistants, contractors, and operational resources prior to the delivery of services. Once payment has been received, team members may be assigned, onboarding preparation may begin, schedules may be arranged, and resources may be secured specifically for your engagement. Because these resources are committed in advance, payments cannot be reversed once processing has occurred.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate instructions, relevant materials, and timely communication necessary for the successful delivery of services. Clients are responsible for providing project information, feedback, and approvals within a reasonable timeframe so that services can be performed effectively. Delays caused by missing information, lack of communication, or client inaction do not qualify for refunds or payment reversals.

Service Adjustments

If a client’s requirements change during the course of the service period, The VA Masters may offer reasonable adjustments such as reallocating resources, adjusting the service scope, modifying timelines, or reassigning tasks. Any adjustments will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of resources. Financial terms agreed upon at the time of payment remain unchanged once payment has been processed.

Issue Resolution

The VA Masters is committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining clear communication with clients. If concerns arise regarding the progress or quality of services, clients are encouraged to contact us promptly so that we can address the issue. Concerns may be discussed through email communication ([email protected]) or scheduled consultation calls, including video meetings when necessary. Our goal is always to resolve concerns professionally and ensure that clients receive value from the services provided; however, issue resolution does not alter the company’s no refund policy.

Unused Services

Payments cover reserved service capacity, team allocation, and operational preparation. As a result, refunds will not be provided for unused services, including situations where a client does not fully utilize the services within the agreed timeframe. This includes unused hours, unutilized portions of service packages, scheduling changes requested by the client, or periods where services are paused at the client’s request.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The VA Masters and TVAM Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business opportunities, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or operational interruptions. In any event, the total liability of The VA Masters shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service period related to the claim.

Independent Contractor Status

Virtual assistants and other service providers engaged through The VA Masters may operate as independent contractors. The VA Masters manages service delivery and coordination but does not create employment relationships between clients and individual contractors assigned to support the client’s business.

Intellectual Property

Any materials or deliverables created by The VA Masters during service delivery become the property of the client upon full payment for the relevant service period, unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients grant The VA Masters permission to use non-confidential work samples for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the applicable service agreement or subscription plan. Termination of services does not entitle the client to any refunds for payments already made.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Updates to These Terms

The VA Masters reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
